I always find the term ‘Great Depression’ fascinating. Is there a better way to allude the world’s destructive impact on the human psyche?

The overwhelming feeling of being trapped in a situation beyond our control, or simply weight of “existence”, is breaking my spirit into a million pieces. As being suffocating, I wanted to scream, and the screams were dripping from my fingers, evolved and changed and on the canvas before me forms and colors and shapes emerged.

This is how the Monster serie was born – the monsters of my subconscious, a collection of works that explore the darker recesses of the human mind. Each piece is the fruit of my struggle, my despair, my frustration . I don’t know yet how many pieces the Monster series will consist of or how long it will last. We will find out together.
